Towns at Lakeside Homeowners Association Board Functions

 

Functional Sections (July, 2012)

  Architectural Control: Approves or disapproves architectural applications from residents consistent with established criteria in the governing documents. Prepares and submits periodic activity reports to the HOA Board.
   
  Board Leader: Christina Erickson
   
  Maintenance & Landscaping: Identifies relevant problems or responds to owner’s inquiries about building repair or grounds, tree or plant concerns. Prepares and submits activity reports to the HOA Board.
   
  Board Leader: Ed Mulholland
   
  Nominating Committee: Established, per By-Laws.
   
  Tenant/Lease & Social: Reviews owner and prospective tenant lease information; approves or disapproves same (per Declarations) and coordinates applicable authorizations with the Community Development District (Lakeside Clubhouse) and the management company of the Homeowners Association. Develops and submits recommendations for community social activities. Prepares and submits activity reports to the HOA Board.
   
  Board Leader: Christina Erickson
   
  Neighborhood Inspection: Visits Townhomes upon owner/tenant request to assist with relevant problem resolution and, periodically tours community sections to observe buildings and common areas. May observe and report Declaration and/or HOA violations. Prepares and submits activity reports to the HOA Board.
   
  Board Leader: Christina Erickson
   
  Financial: Reviews all financial data prepared by the management company, recommends banking, investment, collection and reserve strategies/decisions; prepares and submits activity reports to the HOA Board.
   
  Board Leader: David Mone
   
  General Operations: Coordinates functional areas of the HOA with the management company and focuses assistance and those activities pertinent to deed restrictions, the Declarations, HOA Rules and Regulations, community communications and efforts which foster a friendly and an aesthetically pleasing living environment.
   
  Board Leader: Christina Erickson
   
  Fine Committee: Reviews Second Notice violations and the position of the HOA Member receiving the violation along with the corresponding Declarations, Architectural Controls and Rules and Regulations. Votes whether to assess a fine and the amount. Reports results to the HOA President and Management Company.
